This Sunday June 14th is the beginning of our By Donation Outdoor Classes. Location is at The Rose Park (across from the adventure centre in squamish - there is lots of parking). Class will start at 9am.
Bring a mat if you have one but there will be some to borrow if you
don't own one. Dress according to the weather! And if it happens to
rain ;-( (but it won't right) the class will not be running. Check out
the poster for anymore details or if you have any question's just send me an email at sacredlightyoga@hotmail.com and I'll try to answer it as best I can.
There
are 9 instructors volunteering to teach this class and this week I'll
be the teacher to present the first class ~ I look forward to seeing
you there and I hope you can make it out to support our wonderful local
teachers during the summer.
