~ I will also be putting on two by Donation Yoga Nidra insight relaxation classes on August 12th & 19th 8:15pm at The Yoga Studio on 2nd...All are welcome and incouraged to try this amazing form of Meditation/deep relaxation. It is something I have been studying for the last few months and I am planning to teach it regularly through the winter time ;-)
~ We (myself and 9 other local teachers) have been doing a by donation outdoor Yoga class at The Rose Park every Sunday at 9am...Ever week there is a new teacher sharing there amazing styles of teaching...Come out and enjoy the practice of yoga outside ;-) The turn outs have been great and a BIG thank you to all of you who have been coming out and supporting us local teachers ~ Om Shanti ~
