When we move towards open & honest communication we become open to the possibilities of what we can create together. By integrating a safe model for effective communication you create an environment that fosters trust, connection, listening and curiosity. The result is personal relationships which are natural easy and flowing.

Using a combination of fun, experiential activities and group discussion, participants will learn tools to help transform their communication in service of their personal growth.

During the workshop participants will:

 

·       Explore what gets in the way of effective communication

·       Integrate the 3 levels of listening to create genuine connection

·       Discover compassion and acknowledgement by using  “Yes and”

·       Learn to use curiosity to dig through the layers and discover the gold

·       Learn to bring a coach approach to your interactions

·       Expand your courage in asking for what you want

·       How can I begin to communicate openly and honestly?

·       How can I be more present when I communicate?

·       Can I release my beliefs and judgment when listening to another person?
