Namaste,
Just a quick note regarding our winter
schedule. We have changed our Thursday 12:00pm Hatha, to a Flow class
instead. We have also changed our 10:00am Friday morning gentle yoga to
a 9:30am Flow as well.
Any feedback of class times or class styles is greatly encouraged and appreciated.
I hope to see you all on the mat real soon:)
