We just want to remind you that Ron Reid is coming to our studio for
one Yoga Jam Class on Thursday, August 5th at 5:30pm. Followed by an
hour of live music - with the band Swaha. It will be amazing!! Save
the date! The workshop price is $30. (Ron has been teaching for almost
30 years!!) If you only want to come for the music... that is
possible, you can show up and the price is only $10. Sarah and I are
excited to share this evening with you!
We will be closed Monday August 2nd for the long weekend and Sept. 4,
5, and 6th for Labour Day weekend.
There is also a meditation course starting August 12th with Kathryn
Weiler. Please see website for details. 4 weeks for only $30 with a
wonderful teacher.
New Fall schedule will be on the website early August. It will start
Sept. 7th.
