Evolution and 'en-lighten-ment' is about raising your vibration and expanding your consciousness so that you can experience the world from a new and higher perspective.
The work that I offer is about making a shift at your core level of 'being' by transforming and clearing your older, denser discordant energies, and bringing in new information to activate new energetic pathways so that you can begin to 'lighten up'.
You start to see things you hadn't noticed before.  New people and experiences start to show up, and your understanding takes on a new level.   You begin to experience an overall positive change in your life, on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.....a vibrational upgrade.....Windows Update for the Soul.
Since the external world is a reflection of your internal programming of beliefs and feelings, when you change how you feel about yourself and the world, your reality will adapt and change to your new level of consciousness/vibration.
