Energy Healing is fast becoming recognized as a gentle, effective way of healing on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels. Energy Healing is a type of bodywork wherein the healer uses their hands to work on or off the body, sensing the flow of energy through and around the body. The purpose of Energy Healing is to balance the flow of energy.
The process of Energy Healing takes you to a place of starting to notice what happens in your body and mind. It is the patterning that lies beyond our conscious awareness that is running the show up to 95% of the time. Only 5% of what we do is coming from a place of conscious awareness. It is important to maintain your health and energy by continually looking at these unconscious energies and patterns. An Energy Healer can guide you through this process. It is said that what we don't know can harm us, but I like to say, what we are aware of can heal us.
The WHEE technique, which stands for Whole Health Easily and Effectively, was developed by Dr. Daniel Benor. The technique is designed to help you tap into the emotions and felt senses behind your emotional or physical pain.
By tapping the right and left sides of the body, both hemispheres of the brain become activated. Through this process you are then able to access emotions, feelings and images associated with your pain that have been previously blocked from your conscious awareness.
Quite often there is a story behind our pain which has been stored within our physical body and our biofield (energy field) for many years. Once we discover what is behind the pain, you can then come full circle in the healing process by expressing the emotions that have been repressed over time.
